Dr. Christopher Groat is from right here in the Harbor Area. He grew up around dentistry, often spending afternoons in the office with his father, Dr. Geoffrey Groat, who established the practice in 1977. He is very proud to serve his hometown community and to continue in the footsteps of his father, who practiced here for 40 years. Creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for his young patients is central to Dr. Groat’s treatment philosophy. He truly enjoys the challenge of making dental visits fun for kids, especially those who are very nervous or have had negative experiences in the past.
